Two female boxing athletes at the Paris Olympics, including China’s Lin Yuting and female athlete Imane Khelif, were constantly accused by the outside world of being ” men with XY chromosomes” during this competition, and was even criticized by many netizens widespread attacks, including the author of “Harry Potter” JK Rowling, who also wrote on social media accusing Lin Yuting and Khalif as men, which provoked heated discussions among netizens around the world. But now Khalif can no longer bear it and has hired a lawyer to hold legal proceedings in Paris regarding the “cyber bullying” part. The relevant documents have been sent to the Paris prosecutor’s office.

Khalif’s designated lawyer Nabil Boudi recently released a statement on the X platform saying that they have submitted relevant legal proceedings regarding “extreme online bullying” to the Paris prosecutor’s office. Baodi emphasized that this trial will identify the perpetrators of misogyny, racism and sexism through investigation; on the other hand, it will also focus on the origin of stalking and cyberbullying. Baodi even said that it can be said that the unfair bullying suffered by the boxing gold medalist this time is the biggest stain on these Olympics.

“USA TODAY” asked Bao Di to make further inquiries, but so far Bao Di has no new answer. According to Reuters, Bao Di started a lawsuit on the 9th of this month.

Khalif made a brief statement on the 10th, emphasizing that he had decided to start a new battle “to fight for justice, honor and dignity.” This time Khalif won the gold medal in the 66kg women’s boxing event at the Paris Olympics, while Chinese player Yu Ting won the gold medal in the 57kg event. Sports Director Zheng Shizhong confirmed in a recent interview with the media that the Sports Department respects Lin Yuting’s opinions and wishes, and then leaves it to the team and her lawyers to discuss whether to for them to file a lawsuit.
