CV-Online Latvia’s Turnover Increased by 35.2% in 2021, Reaches 7.211 Million Euros: Lursoft

The turnover of the Internet recruitment company SIA “CV-Online Latvia” last year was 7.211 million euros, which is 35.2% more than in 2021, while the company’s profit increased by 79.9% and was 1.93 million euros, according to information Lursoft.

The increase in turnover is related to the growth of the economy in the first half of last year and the low unemployment rates, which together contributed to the demand for labor and, accordingly, for the services offered by “CV-Online Latvia”.

At the same time, in the second half of 2022, the company was negatively affected by the hostilities started by Russia in Ukraine and the related deterioration of the economic situation. “CV-Online Latvia” moderately increased expenses in all areas last year.

The management report states that in 2022 “CV-Online Latvia” continued to invest in new technologies, improving and modernizing the managed websites. Work continued on the development of services, improvement of work processes and improvement of employees’ skills.

This year, the management of the company intends to work on maintaining the costs of purchasing the services provided, as well as the costs of sales, administration and economic activity at the current level. It is also planned to work on the improvement and expansion of the range of services, as well as the improvement of the technologies used.
