On his first summer trip as mayor, Cuxhaven’s Lord Mayor Uwe Santjer takes a look behind the scenes of Cuxhaven’s companies and businesses. Since the corona pandemic did not allow any company tours in previous years, the mayor is all the more pleased to be able to make up for this trip across the industries. “Cuxhaven is positioning itself more and more broadly and more stably in the area of ​​economy. In addition to the areas of renewable energies, ports, tourism, fishing, human and veterinary medicine and crafts, Cuxhaven is also characterized by small and medium-sized companies and businesses. What is going well, where are there any challenges and what can we do and achieve together for Cuxhaven, I would like to discuss these questions in a personal conversation with those responsible and employees from the various areas,” says Cuxhaven’s Lord Mayor Uwe Santjer.
