/ world today news/ The inspection of specialists from the “Customs” Agency continued until late at night in the tax warehouse of “Lukoil-Bulgaria“, including the Product Pipeline from “Lukoil Neftohim Burgas” AD to the “Ilientsi” Placement and Supply Base with the related it bases.
The customs officials will check the technological equipment of the designated by the “Customs” Agency (AM) pursuant to Art. 35a of Ordinance No. 3 of the Ministry of Finance additional control points for measuring excise goods.
“Lukoil Bulgaria” has sent to the Customs Agency an updated schedule for the provision of customs officials and metrologist specialists, whose presence is a mandatory condition for the second stage of the procedure – inclusion in the control system of the customs agency.
The extended inspections began after the decision of the Administrative Court to cancel the preliminary execution of the order of “Customs” to withdraw the license of the product pipeline from the refinery in Burgas to 6 oil bases of “Lukoil”.
It is expected to become clear later today if any irregularities were found with the fuel gauges.
