TRAINING and EXPERIENCE
An associate’s degree (AA) or equivalent from a 2-year college is required. 3 years of experience providing administrative support to multiple or professional teams; ability to determine and respond to preferred conflicting priorities. 2 years of experience in the real estate sector.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES

COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Ability to understand and interpret instructions, brief correspondence and memos, and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write reports and routine correspondence. Ability to respond to common questions or complaints from customers, colleagues and/or supervisors. Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.
FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE
Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Possibility of calculating intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis. Possibility to abstract a lease.
REASONING CAPACITY
Ability to understand, analyze and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving different options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
OTHER COMPETENCES and SKILLS
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Internet research and web publishing capabilities. Ability to manipulate basic Power Point and/or InDesigned templates preferred. Strong marketing knowledge is required.
SCOPE OF LIABILITY
Decisions made with in-depth knowledge of company procedures and policies to achieve targets and deadlines. Responsible for setting deadlines for own project. Mistakes in judgment can have a negative impact on internal and external customers.
