Our agency specializing in customer relations professions, is recruiting for the leader in real estate maintenance, a customer and planning manager (M/F).
Under the responsibility of the supervisor and within a team of experienced customer service managers, you receive incoming calls as well as written requests from tenants and lessors (fax, email, extranet portal) in compliance with our reception and customer satisfaction.
Your mission:
– You handle requests from tenant clients and social landlords;
– You qualify the caller’s request, diagnose the malfunction and assess the degree of urgency in order to plan with their agreement the technician’s intervention date;
– Depending on the defined sector, you optimize the schedules of technicians in multiple sites;
– You are the relay between field operational managers, tenants and landlords.
As part of a close-knit team of 8 people, you will benefit from quality training and support throughout your mission.
Schedule Monday to Thursday from 8:15 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. and Friday ends at 4:30 p.m.

Profile sought
You have a taste for contact and teamwork. Sense of listening, organization and service will allow you to succeed and meet our objectives.
You benefit from significant experience in the customer relations sector. Rigor and dynamism are essential qualities to succeed in this mission.
You have a first successful experience in customer relations professions and you are proficient in IT and telephone tools.
Remuneration
1935 €/month – + restaurant vouchers 9 € employer coverage 60% + 13th month
