From time to time there are products on supermarket shelves with which something is wrong. A Kaufland customer has now made a disgusting find public and complained.

Munich – In the supermarkets and discounters in Germany, consumers will find numerous products. The shelves of big companies like Aldi, Lidl, Penny, rewe, Edeka or Kaufland are filled with different items. There is usually something for every taste.

Kaufland customer makes disgusting find in Bratwurst – “Are they also made without hair?”

A Kaufland customer recently apparently felt like stocking up on sausages. So he struck at a branch. He chose the five-pack of “Franconian Rostbratwurst” from Kaufland’s own brand K-Classic. He put them in the frying pan and prepared the sausages.

However, according to his own statement, he lost his appetite when eating it. The reason: According to the Kaufland customer, a less tasty ingredient got lost in the sausages that didn’t belong there, as reported by tz.de. On Facebook he posted some pictures as proof and wrote: “Hey Kaufland, bought your own bratwurst today. Are they also made without hair in the bratwurst or is that part of the service? Like dental floss or something. Long red hairs were processed into two sausages. Very, very tasty.”

In fact, a picture of the prepared bratwurst clearly showed that there was a long, thin, red thread running through the sausage. Meanwhile, several Facebook users commented on the disgusting find. “They count as vitamins,” joked one. “Yummy,” said another, albeit ironically.

A user argued similarly. “Very, very yummy,” she commented, topped with three throwing up emojis. “It looks more like a thread,” said another user at the sight of the bratwurst with the supposedly red hair. “But it was hair,” asserted a user who is believed to be the author’s girlfriend. And as a potential eyewitness, she should know.

Kaufland reacts to disgusting find in bratwurst and gives the customer a 15-euro voucher

Like the customer opposite tz.de stated, Kaufland reacted to the disgusting find in the bratwurst. He was given a 15-euro voucher as compensation. Facebook, on the other hand, behaved less confidently and has since deleted the post from the Kaufland customer. The reason was, according to the customer opposite tz.de alleged “deception”. Meanwhile, such incidents are not isolated. Also a Aldi customer recently made a disgusting discovery of tomatoes from the discounter – and only found it “puke”.

However, opinions about customer complaints are sometimes divided. One Edeka customer recently complained about a disgusting hot dog and promptly got headwind. Something similar happened to one Kaufland customer who was upset about the wrong price tags on the shelf and accused the supermarket of rip-off.
