Customer Advisor (Mortgage, Investment & Pension) M/F

For one of our clients, a bank well established in Switzerland, we are recruiting a Customer Advisor (Mortgage, Investment & Protection) M/F.

• Engage in discussions with clients to understand their financial goals and needs, offering them personalized solutions related to mortgages, investments and pensions.
• Providing expert advice on various mortgage products and helping clients obtain the right financing for their properties.
• Provide recommendations regarding investment options, helping clients make informed decisions to grow their wealth.
• Evaluate clients’ insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage plans to protect their assets and loved ones.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their financial well-being and satisfaction

• You have banking experience, with around five years of experience in a similar role within the Swiss banking sector.
• You have excellent knowledge of mortgage, investment and pension services.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and solid knowledge of the region and the sector of activity in French-speaking Switzerland.
• Great capacity for organization and autonomy.
• An advanced level of English and a fluent command of French are required.
