What you will do:
Give customers (m/f/d) a unique shopping experience and turn them (m/f/d) into Telekom fans. As a customer advisor at Deutsche Telekom in Frankfurt am Main, you will use sales strategies to convince Telekom customers (m/f/d). You are responsible for looking after both existing and new customers (m/f/d). You can develop yourself continuously and receive individual training.
Place of work: 100% in the Telekom shop
Your tasks include:
- Acquiring new customers (m/f/d)
- Comprehensive advice on Telekom products and services
- Active sales of mobile phone contracts, tablets, smartphones and accessories
- Management of customer master data
- Clear product presentation and support in maintaining the shop inventory

What we expect:
- Completed vocational training in the commercial sector
- Excellent knowledge of German C1 and basic knowledge of English
- Professional experience in sales, ideally in the telecommunications industry
- Strong communication skills
