We are looking for a customer advisor (gn) in the banking department for our customer at the Erlangen-Eltersdorf location as soon as possible.
You will be trained and familiarized, no previous knowledge is required.
Working hours in shift work Monday to Saturday between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.
Upon agreement and suitability, working from home is also possible!
This is what your everyday work looks like
– Processing financing requests from customers and specialist dealers
– Receiving and processing individual inbound calls
– Review and processing of financing applications
– Review of applications
– Carrying out general administrative tasks
You will receive communication training and training for the system and the bank’s various products.
During your work, you will be supervised by experienced trainers who will be available to answer any questions you may have!
