TuS Schildgen has planned a lot for the next week and a half and hopes that Corona will not ruin his plans. Open gymnastics, children’s gymnastics with gymnastics badges for the little ones and an action day for adults are on the program for the next few days.
Two special exercise offers for children on Saturday, November 13th. and Tuesday, November 16 – because exercise is one of the basic needs of children – and after two years TuS Schildgen has again planned a special event for the older generation.
Open gymnastics for parents or grandparents with children
It starts on Saturday, November 13th, 2021, with Fun and games on Saturday mornings. Parents or grandparents and their children are invited to an eventful morning in our hall in EMILs (Zum Scheider Feld 31, 51467 Bergisch Gladbach). Simple between 9.30 am and 11.30 am Come and join us. This “open gymnastics” is intended especially for children of kindergarten age, but older people are also welcome. Each child receives a little surprise and a certificate at the end of the event. This is supported by the German Sports Youth in the DOSB as part of their exercise campaign.
Children’s gymnastics with gymnastics badges in Paffrath
As well on Tuesday, November 16, 2021, there is another event for children: TuS Schildgen participates in Children’s gymnastics day. Between 4.30 p.m. and 6.30 p.m. Children of kindergarten and school age can acquire the children’s gymnastics badge. Here, too, various stations are set up in which a variety of games and exercises can be tried out together.
Quote from the German Gymnastics Federation: “… motor and physical fitness as well as social interaction make children strong”. With this in mind, we look forward to the visit of many children in the sports hall of the primary school Paffrath (Paffrather Straße 296, Bergisch Gladbach).
Action day for adults
For adults, TuS Schildgen organizes on Repentance and Prayer Day (November 17th) in the morning a action Day in cooperation with the Kreissportbund as part of the project “Getting older in motion in NRW”. In the morning from 9 a.m. there are many short sporting offers to join in and watch. There is also a reaction wall provided by AOK Rheinland and a small healthy snack.
Of course, the current Corona rules apply to all three events, especially 3G (except for the youngest).
