Limburg-Weilburg. The district administration has announced that as of Tuesday, December 8, 2020, 12 noon, 524 people are actively infected with the corona virus in the Limburg-Weilburg district. They are spread across Limburg (178), Hadamar (53), Weilmünster (38), Bad Camberg (37), Weilburg (31), Runkel (25), Elz (23), HuenFelden (23), Beselich (20), Selters (17), Dornburg (13), Weinbach (11), Löhnberg (10), Brechen (9), Merenberg (9), Villmar (8), Mengerskirchen (8), Elbtal (6) and Waldbrunn (5). So far there have been a total of 2,454 confirmed cases (+58 on the previous day), 1903 people have now recovered (+37 on the previous day). 1696 people are currently in quarantine in the district. Unfortunately, 27 people died in connection with the corona virus, most recently three patients from the hospitals in Limburg and Weilburg who previously tested positive for the corona virus. In the hospitals of the district there are currently 61 corona infected people, 49 people in normal care beds and twelve in intensive care beds. The incidence is 213.0.
