Current corona numbers for the Mettmann district – June 30th

District of Mettmann. A death and 5 new infections with the corona virus in the Mettmann district are reported by the district administration on Wednesday.

There are new infections in: Erkrath (1), Haan (1), Langenfeld (1), Mettmann (1) and Monheim (1).

According to the district administration, there are no laboratory-confirmed new infections in these cities belonging to the district: Hilden (0), Heiligenhaus (0), Ratingen (0), Velbert (0) and Wülfrath (0).

According to the LZG NRW in the Mettmann district, the incidence is 4.7. This is stable below the threshold of 35 specified for the first level of the Corona Protection Ordinance.

The Mettmann district reports 54 infected people as the current status, including in Erkrath (12), in Haan (3), in Heiligenhaus (4), in Hilden (5), in Langenfeld (4), in Mettmann (10), in Monheim (6), in Ratingen (5), in Velbert (4) and in Wülfrath (1).

The district counts a total of 763 deceased since the beginning of the registration and thus one new death. The district administration informs about this: “A 92-year-old man from Hilden has died.”

There are 219 people in quarantine. The district administration now reports Covid 19 recoveries for 23,551 people; 6 patients are currently being cared for in clinics.

Regarding the vaccinations, the district administration reports: “According to the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians, a total of 252,570 people in the Mettmann district have been vaccinated at least once, of which 166,561 have been fully vaccinated.
