No. 02 – Rhein-Lahn district. The number of people currently infected in the Rhein-Lahn district, as District Administrator Frank Puchtler informs, is 452 cases. The new cases come from VG Aar-Einrich (7), VG Bad Ems-Nassau (1), VG Diez (9), VG Nastätten (2) and the city of Lahnstein (1).
Unfortunately, three patients died: an 88-year-old from VG Bad Ems-Nassau, an 89-year-old from VG Diez and an 81-year-old from VG Diez. All had previous illnesses.
The incidence value of the state for the Rhein-Lahn district for the last 7 days is 138.2. This means that the Rhein-Lahn district is in the red warning level.
The currently infected are spread across the following areas:

Readiness for corona patients
The Rhineland-Palatinate Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians (KV RLP) ensures through its members that, in principle, in every Rhineland-Palatinate district, contract doctors are there for the infection patients on and between public holidays.
In over 240 Corona contact points in Rhineland-Palatinate, patients will also be treated until January 3, 2021.
