The focus of the gallery is on Austrian artists who have shaped art after 1945 in a trend-setting way. These include Günter Brus, Hermann Nitsch, Otto Muehl and Rudolf Schwarzkogler from the group of Viennese Actionists, who found international recognition and imitation through their radical equation of art and life.
The gallery also pays attention to Otmar Bauer, Jack Bauer, Christian Eisenberger, Wolfgang Ernst, Oswald Oberhuber, Thomas Reinhold and other artists.
