Are you a company employee? You can have your training financed by your company’s skills development plan (ex-training plan):
The skills development plan is the set of training actions established at the initiative of the employer as part of the company’s human resources policy. It is annual and is generally drawn up at the end of the year. According to the law of September 5, 2018 “for the freedom to choose one’s professional future”, the training action is now defined as “an educational path allowing the achievement of a professional objective”. New training actions are thus part of this definition such as: tutoring, coaching, AFEST, MOOC, mentoring, etc.
All company employees may be affected by the skills development plan, regardless of the nature, duration of their contract or seniority.
The OPCO generally manages expenses related to educational costs, remuneration and training allowances, transport, meals and accommodation. Following the 2018 training reform, the missions of OPCOs will be redefined by 2021.
Do not hesitate to contact your HR/training department for more information on possible support.
