He emphasized that during the curfew, residents who roam outside their homes would be considered part of a sabotage group or enemy spies.
“Please treat this situation with understanding and don’t go out,” said the former boxer.
A curfew was imposed after Russian troops were able to penetrate Kiev. It was reported that there had been fighting in the streets of the capital.
An apartment in Kiev was also the target of rocket fire.
