This is evident from the latest bankruptcy report from Spyker NV. In it, curator Dennis Steffens writes that he has still not received the promised 1.5 million euros.
No fee
“Since January, the bankruptcy trustee has repeatedly requested the Spyker companies and Mr. Muller to deposit the amounts required and agreed for the agreements into the trust account”, according to the report.

“Although promises are always made, no payment has been made. The bankruptcy trustee is therefore in the process of starting the sale of the trademark rights as soon as possible.”
No rebirth
After bankruptcy of Spyker NV at the beginning of last year, the bankruptcy trustee Steffens concluded an agreement with founder Victor Muller about the compensation of the creditors of the company. But Muller did not cross the bridge.
Last year Steffens announced more often the trademark rights and sell Spyker’s intellectual property rights as an alternative way to generate money for the creditors. Until now, however, the sale has not been forthcoming, because founder Muller kept making new promises.

At the end of last year, the entrepreneur even announced a rebirth from the sports car builder, with the help of a couple of extremely wealthy Russians. Nothing more was heard of those plans either.
On the line
Also in the bankruptcy of the marketing and maintenance subsidiaries Spyker Events in Spyker Serviceswhich went bankrupt in 2014 and 2020 respectively, Muller kept the trustees on a leash for years.
As a result, trustee Willem Jan van Andel of Spyker Events eventually filed for bankruptcy of Spyker NV. Last March Van Andel wrote in his last bankruptcy report that he is still awaiting benefits.
