Cultured meat one step further: The US Food Safety Agency gives the green light to chicken pieces from a laboratory

In the United States, a small company is licensed to expand production of cultured broiler chicken pieces. This was decided by the “Food and Drug Administration”, a food safety control body. Cultured meat is either lab-produced meat or “slaughter-free” meat. As soon as the manufacturing process and the final product have passed the final inspection, wealthy Americans will be able to treat themselves to their first piece of farm-raised chicken in a restaurant.
