The “Culture Talk” on August 23rd and 24th draws attention to the situation of the cultural scene and asks for possible solutions. On a round stage in the Waterloo beer garden, those affected as well as representatives of politics have their say.
Visitors not only get an insight into the cultural crisis, but can also experience short concerts before and after the discussions. Admission is free.
The two events in the Waterloo beer garden have seats and are each permitted for a maximum of 500 people (current status). Part of the hygiene concept is that visitors must check in on site using the Luca app.
