Bavarian to the beer
Catchy, self-written songs in Bavarian dialect are the hallmark of the Isarschiffer. The duo of the two music cabaret artists Doro and Rainer Berauer will present on Friday, July 22, in the beer garden of the Landlust in Vaterstetten his program “Predicate Öha”. Blues without end
There are two blues times at the Ottersberger Kulturstadl between Poing and Pliening: On Friday, July 22nd, the British guitarist Nick Woodland will be there again, with his band and the program “Falling’ Rain”. It offers dirty blues, spirited country and virtuoso folk, spiced up with reggae and surf rock elements – a must-attend event not only for blues fans. And on Saturday, July 23rd, things will continue with the band of pianist and accordion virtuoso Ludwig Seuss. This mixes classic piano boogie with jump blues and Louisiana rock’n’roll and zydeco. One could easily think that New Orleans is just around the corner. Visit from the Alpine Republic
Die Glonner scrap gallery has dedicated the weekend to wonderful musicians from Austria: presented on Friday, July 22, at 7 p.m Saltbrennt from Innsbruck his self-distilled groove blues. The band ranks somewhere between parlor blues and stadium rock, daring excursions into partly funky, partly traditional spheres and always trying to stay true to the roots of the blues. It continues on Saturday, July 23, at 8 p.m. with Jörg Danielsen from Vienna. The discovery of the past
“Johan vom Po” is moving: His new retreat is the garden at Wasserburg Theater. There, over beer and sausages, the lonely adventure specialist remembers his very distant past, the time when he discovered America with his bosom friend Cristobal Colon and thus became a cultural ambassador from the very beginning. The comedy was penned by Nobel Prize winner Dario Fo and will be shown in Wasserburg on Friday and Saturday, July 22nd and 23rd, as an open-air version in the garden of Bar Helmut. It starts at 8 p.m. each day. Uwe Bertram is directing and Hilmar Henjes is playing. In case of bad weather, the event will be moved indoors. Bunter Kunsthof
The “Kunsthof” offers a meeting place for those interested in music and cuisine on Saturday, July 23, in Market Swabia. Around the dawdling There is a great program at Färbergasse 23 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Admission is free. The organizer is the Aktivkreis Kunst und Kultur with the support of Markt²Schwaben.

Tango at the market square
On the Marketplace in Grafing you can experience a nice concert on Saturday, July 23, at 10 a.m.: As part of the city’s “Cultural Space” series of events, the Youngsters Music Club. The ensemble of the music school has existed in this line-up for about four years. Under the direction of Josef Ametsbichler, the young musicians play pieces of various styles, from bossa nova and jazz to tango and klezmer. The Youngsters Music Club is currently working on its fourth CD “We love Music”. The event only takes place in good weather.
Cheerful Mozart
On Saturday, July 23, at 7 p.m., the Munich Classical Players under the direction of Maximilian Leinekugel again in the Little theater hair and interpret three cheerful works by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. He composed his first symphony when he was just eight years old – but his masterful handling of the orchestra is already clear here. Only ten years later he already created a real masterpiece with his finely crafted 29th symphony. Arriving at the peak of his creativity, Mozart finally composed his “Kleine Nachtmusik” in 1787, which today is one of his most popular pieces – but was probably never performed during his lifetime. The three works impressively demonstrate the infinite inventiveness of this composer in his early, middle and late creative phases.
