If a nation does not have 100 great names, then we simply have a geographical location inhabited by people speaking a certain language. With us, these 100 names must be a percentage of the population and we have them, the minister was categorical.
Minister Rashidov emphasized that a national holiday is any holiday that can consolidate communities, and when many ethnic groups live in the country, the holiday should be the one that can unite them. Since March 3 was declared a national holiday, certain ethnic groups do not honor it, the minister noted and expressed his personal opinion that the Unification and May 24 are suitable dates for a national holiday. In addition to being a day of culture and education, May 24 also marks the fact that the entire community communicates in one language. On it, people tell each other that they love and like each other. It is the official language of society, he added.
