“Cultural content in everyday life with AI”

We are looking for stories (synopses) to produce a one-minute short form about the cultural life of each of us in our daily lives with AI technology.

For example, we can cover after-school & after-work cultural activities suggested by AI, lunch box recipes made with AI, collaborative performances with AI, etc.

▪️Eligibility to apply

Korean citizens aged 18 or older living in the metropolitan area

▪️Contest details

-Proposal of a one-minute short form story (synopsis) containing personal daily cultural life

-Creative story line with various possibilities for cultural content with AI

-Stories that capture everyday experiences and emotions

-It would be great if we could also find a link to Zeta Planet!

-Short form photography may be conducted in the future by recruiting influencers or celebrities.

▪️Judging method

-Accessibility (30 points): Can a variety of audiences feel familiar?

-Individuality (25 points): Does it reflect the individual’s story well?

-Creativity (25 points): Is the idea original and differentiated?

-Suitability (20 points): Does it fit well with the image of Zeta Planet?

▪️Awards Details

-Grand Prize (1 person): KRW 1.2 million (prize money + project opportunity with Zeta Planet)

-Grand Prize (2 people): KRW 500,000 (prize money + mentoring provided by Zeta Planet)

-Excellence Award (3 people): 300,000 won

-Participation Award (5 people): Cultural gift certificate worth 30,000 won

*No individual notification if not selected

*Participation prizes are drawn at random, excluding winning entries.

▪️Judging method

-1st screening: After 3x selection, story development meeting is held in Seoul

(Excluding first pass if meeting is not possible)

-Second screening: Ranking selection

-3rd screening

▪️Notes

-The ownership of the winning synopsis belongs to Zeta Planet, and submitted works will not be returned.

-Taxes and fees related to winning a prize are borne by the winner. (Payment is made after tax deduction)

-If the work is not your own, it will be excluded from the judging, and if any violation is discovered after the award, the award will be cancelled.

-Only purely creative content that does not infringe on the rights of others, such as reputation and credibility, is eligible for application.

– Works that have won prizes in other contests or have been sold or contracted to others or other production companies cannot be submitted.

-If a legal dispute arises regarding the entry, the applicant will be held civilly/criminally responsible.

-All submitted entries will not be returned and will be discarded immediately after the winner is selected.

-Selected works may be used with some modification by the organizer.

-If there is no appropriate synopsis, awards may not be given in each category.

-The number of awardees may change depending on the screening results.

-The contest schedule may change depending on the circumstances of the organizer.

-You agree that the video rights to the winning work will be exclusively owned by Zeta Planet for three years.
