The restaurant at Tharandter Straße 1, which the residents lovingly call “Huschhalle“ is called, has found new tenants. From October 1, 2024, the approximately 150 m² property in Dresden Löbtau will be rented by new operators for the next five years. These will continue the previous concept of a bistro for a minimum rental period of five years. The Huschhalle was brokered by the Dresden real estate agency Beate Protze Immobilien GmbH.

Huschhalle: snack bar with an eventful past
The “Huschhalle” is a historical object located in a former tram waiting hall. It gets its name from a drinking room in the entrance to the Dreikaiserhof Hotel, where the region’s workers once “scurried in” for a beer after work. After the original Huschhalle was demolished in the 70s, the Am Dreikaiserhof snack bar was located in the waiting hall opposite and kept its name.

Ideal location close to Kesseldorfer Straße
The rental property is located in the heart of Dresden Löbtau, centrally located on Tharandter Straße. Thanks to its proximity to the Kesselsdorfer Straße shopping and business mile, the new operators of the “Huschhalle” benefit from lively foot traffic.
