Culmia climbs a march in Malaga. The Oaktree promoter has bought land in the Morales urban development, in Malaga, which will involve an investment of more than 81 million euros. In this area, Culmia will build 300 homesboth single-family and multi-family.
Culmia, which already owned 27% of the sector, adds with this purchase 17,850 m2 of roof, 34% of the total development, which is why it is positioned as the majority owner of the project with more than 60% of the total. Morales is one of the main sectors with urban management in Malaga. It is located north of the Limonar neighborhoodspecifically between the Toquero and Quirosa streams, and limits to the south of the Los Montes highway.
It has a total area of 297,178 m2 and a buildable area of 51,313 m2 of roof. The project adds a total of 430 homes, has two plots for commercial use, another for an educational center, one more for a sports facility and another for a social facility. Likewise, more than 100,000 m2 will be allocated to green areas.
Since it began its activity in 2013, Culmia, whose general director is Francisco Pérez, has delivered more than 6,200 homes, 814 during its last financial year, and 95 promotions. Culmia also has a strategic position in other important urban developments such as Alcobendas-Carriles, Madrid-Solana de Valdebebas, Pozuelo-Arpo, Alcorcón-Retamar de la Huerta or Barcelona-Marina del Prat Vermell, among many others.
