“Culinary Business in Kedah, Malaysia: Grilled Rabbit Menu by Beautiful Student Nur Dania Irdina Mat Said”

This culinary business in Kedah, Malaysia is attracting attention because of the beautiful appearance of the sellers. Not only that, the menu offered is also quite exotic, namely grilled rabbit!

Rabbits are animals that can be consumed, but they are not common. Many people are reluctant to eat rabbits because these furry animals are identical as adorable pets.

But some people like to eat rabbit meat. Not a few people are also curious to try it. This was then used as a business opportunity by a beautiful student from Malaysia and her colleagues.

As reported by mStar (30/5), the female student was named Nur Dania Irdina Mat Said. Dania, as she is affectionately called, is a diploma student in office management at the Mara University of Technology (UiTM) Sungai Petani Campus, Kedah.

Dania admits that she has learned a lot about business since she was 18 years old when she made food and product reviews. Now the 20-year-old girl chooses to practice her business knowledge.

He and his partner, Muhammad Fairiezal Basri, have opened a grilled rabbit culinary business since December 2022. His name is “Arnab Kangkang”. In the Malaysian language, “arnab” means rabbit while “kangkang” refers to the position of a rabbit as it straddles when it is burned.

Dania admits that the exotic menu she offers has succeeded in attracting attention. “Maybe because rabbits are adorable like cats, so many people wonder. However, rabbits are halal to eat and are quite liked by fans of exotic foods,” he explained.

He also revealed that consuming rabbit meat is nutritious because it is high in protein. “Rabbit meat is also minimal in fat and can provide energy,” continued Dania.

To make it even more delicious, he combines the roasted rabbit with the black pepper sauce he concocts. The price of a grilled rabbit starts from RM 19 to RM 65 or around IDR 61 thousand to IDR 211 thousand.

Dania said, “There are customers who come all the way from Kuala Lumpur and Singapore to try the grilled rabbit meat.” According to him, rabbit meat has a chewier texture and tastes sweeter than chicken meat.

Regarding the business, Dania admits that she needs a capital of RM 4,000 or around Rp. 13 million to start. This capital is challenging for him considering he is still in college.

“The most important thing is sharing time. I have time to study and there are employees who help with operations at the outlet,” said Dania. He then used social media to promote his business.

“I upload a lot of promotional content for the grilled rabbit business. In the food business, we show its uniqueness,” Dania concluded. He also has a dream to become a successful entrepreneur.
