A young Cuban woman fulfilled the dream of her life by finally being able to meet her younger sister, a 19-year-old girl, whom she had never seen despite knowing of her existence.
Through TikTokthe story of these two young women became popular due to the particular circumstances of their circumstances, and the video of their meeting quickly went viral.
The story was made known by its own protagonist, Kelly Pérez, 28, who used the popular social network to tell what could well be a movie plot.
The young woman explained that she was born in Cuba, and although she knew about her sister, they have maintained communication all their lives only through calls and messages, since the youngest lives in Spain and had never been able to visit her.

When asked by some users, the young woman pointed out that her mother moved to Spain and had her sister there, so, although she knew about her, she had not been able to meet her personally.
“We didn’t know each other because our mother has been in Spain for more than 20 years without going to Cuba. We only chatted on WhatsApp. It’s kind of tangled,” she added in a comment.
