A Cuban resident in Italy was stranded in the province of Cienfuegos after losing his documents during what he thought would be a brief visit to the island. Now, the man has asked for help on social networks to recover them, otherwise he will not be able to return to the island. European territory.
This is Rainiel Beltrán Quiñones, 38 years old, who would have lost his residence permit in Italy, his identification card and his health card, while he was at the kiosk located between Limones and the Abreus junction, in the aforementioned central province.
The Cuban lost his documents last Sunday, April 28, and without them he will not be able to leave the country to return home.
The Facebook profile La Tijera points out that the flight that the Cuban had to take left on Sunday, the same day he lost his documents. He could not board the plane because his passport had an expired visa and “this is the only support he has to be able to travel.”
If the papers do not appear again, Beltrán will have to start again all the necessary procedures to obtain them at the Italian Embassy in Havana, something that will take time and represents an additional expense for the Cuban.
For this reason, the man is offering a reward of 500 euros for anyone who finds and returns his papers. In that sense, he left the telephone numbers 52576149 and 53421387 so that they can contact him in case they find out something.
