The Cuban reggaeton player Yosvanis Arismín Sierra Hernández, known as Chocolate MCwas arrested this May 27 by the Tampa police, in Florida.
The news came out when the influencer Un Martí to ‘Durako shared a video on Instagram where Chocolate is seen inside a police vehicle.
Between the charges Choco is charged with possession of marijuana and firearms and nonviolent resistance to authority. The artist had less than 20 grams of Cannabis with him.
The cast king, as he is also known, is already free. The bail for this new arrest was $3,000.
The Cuban reggaeton player has starred in several arrests since he arrived in the United States. The latter is preceded by one last March.
At that time, he was detained at the Guilford Knight Correctional Center in Miami-Dade for alleged infractions and crimes committed in another US district.
Also on his birthday, February 17, he was arrested for a traffic violation.
In October 2022, he was arrested in Hillsborough County, in Tampa. On that occasion, five charges were imposed on him, three of them for violating his probation, another for fleeing and attempting to escape from a police officer and the fifth for driving with an expired license.
