Cuban migrant who entered the US in 2021 received interim parole from ICE

Cuban migrants who have entered the United States with Form I-220A continue to receive the words unsolicited interim orders from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). On this occasion, he touched a woman who entered the United States in 2021.

The woman assured that she perceived this document as a true blessing, since it represented enormous help in achieving her goal of being able to settle in the country and achieve the long-awaited American dream.

“Don’t lose faith. Stay focused on your things. “I ask all Cubans to try to be united,” the woman said to other Cubans who may be waiting for this parole interim.

It is important to remember that the opportunity to benefit from the Cuban Adjustment Act was out of reach for thousands of Antilleans in the United States after the US Superior Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) decided that Form I-220A was not valid as parole.

Now, the interim document sent by ICE in recent weeks represents a second chance for those Cubans who have been left in legal limbo after the BIA decision.
