Relatives of a Cuban migrant who was in Mexico waiting for her CBP One appointment went to social networks to report her death in the Aztec territory. The young woman was identified as Yaileisy Asin Estévez, originally from the province of Santiago de Cuba.
According to influencer Niover Licea, the Cuban woman lost her life due to a diabetic coma while she was in Mexico, news that has devastated her family on the island.
Her brother, Faustino Betancourt Asin, gave her a few farewell words, pointing out that he felt deep pain for what had happened and hoped to one day be able to reunite with her in the future.

According to her brother, Lázaro Esquijaroza, the young woman was in the company of some people when she suffered this decompensation. They took her to the hospital, but the Cuban woman could not save herself.
