Ingredients

Preparation
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and cook until golden.

- Gradually add the milk while stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Cook until the mixture thickens and has the consistency of dough.
- Add the shredded chicken and the chopped parsley to the mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 2-3 more minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove the mixture from the heat and let it cool for a few minutes. Then, she forms small croquettes with her hands.
- Dip each croquette in beaten egg and then in breadcrumbs, making sure to coat them completely.
- Heat enough vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the croquettes until golden brown and crisp on all sides.
- Remove the croquettes from the oil and place them on absorbent paper to remove excess fat.
