Ambassador of Cuba visits, visits of attendees to Georgia.

The Cuban ambassador Carlos Valdés de la Concepción made a visit to Georgia last week, during those days he fulfilled an extensive work agenda that included meetings at the Foreign Ministry, with the Directors of the Department of International Organizations Mr. Shalva Tsiskarashvili and with the Director of the Department of the Americas Mr. George Dolidze, among other officials.
He also held an important meeting with the Head of the Department of Trade Development and International Economic Relations of the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia, Mr. Givi Zedelashvili.
In the Georgian parliament he was received by the Head of the parliamentary group of Friendship with Cuba, Mr. Beka Odisharia, at the farewell he received a special greeting from the President of Parliament Mr. Shalva Papuashvili, who conveyed his best wishes to the people of Cuba.
During those days he shared with historical leaders of the Cuban Solidarity Movement in Tbilisi.
