The movement invites artists, graphic designers and creators to join the #CubaIsNotAlone campaign.

Next week, the American city of New York will become a place of solidarity with Cuba through the exhibition “Cuba is not alone” (“CubaIsNotAlone”), which will bring together more than 50 original works by artists from 15 countries.

This artistic exhibition will celebrate how the Cuban people are against the economic, commercial and financial blockade imposed by the United States (USA) for more than six decades.

In addition, the demonstration, which will be held in the streets of the city, coincides with the debate at the General Assembly of the United Nations on Resolution 78/7. This resolution, which is being debated for the 32nd time, calls for an end to the unilateral blockade against Cuba.

“Cuba is not alone” is an initiative of the Artist vs. Blockade movement, which seeks to end sanctions against Cuba and remove it from the list of state sponsors of terrorism.

The movement invites artists, graphic designers and creators to join the #CubaIsNotAlone campaign: “Join a cause that transcends borders and share your talent. “

Now more than ever, it is imperative to raise voices of support for the Cuban people, who have faced unfair and one-sided sanctions for decades. Your creativity can make a difference,” the call states.
