Cuba Gooding Jr. will not receive a prison sentence for assaulting three women in 2018 and 2019. The actor, who pleaded guilty in April, met all conditions, according to US media and therefore does not have to go to jail. .
The 54-year-old American had to undergo six months of therapy, with indications on alcohol use and behavioral change. Gooding decided to continue with that treatment. If he hadn’t fulfilled all the conditions, he would have received a prison sentence of up to one year.
