“Cthulhu: Books of Ancients”, developed by SymFabric SA, is a first person horror game about a cosmic horror that takes place when a detective searching for six missing children meets Cthulhu. The detective in charge of the case goes to the bizarre library of Miskatonic University following an unidentified tip, where he finds clues to solve the case.
Since then, the genre of the game has changed. In the library, the protagonist encounters ancient rituals to summon demons, necronomicons and ancient books one after another. Cthulhu: The Book of the Ancients will release a prologue with the first chapter on Steam on November 19, and the release date for the full version has yet to be determined. It supports 12 languages including English, French, Italian, German, Russian, Chinese and Japanese, but does not support Korean.
