1.CT Ready to Increase Capital in Garuda, This is Erick Thohir’s Response
Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Erick Thohir responded positively to the plan of national entrepreneur and CT Corp founder Chairul Tanjung to increase capital in the state-owned airline company, PT Garuda Indonesia Tbk (GIAA).
In principle, BUMN, said Erick as the controlling shareholder of GIAA, supports the involvement of national entrepreneurs to help save Garuda.
Moreover, CT, Chairul Tanjung’s nickname, currently has a share ownership of 28.27% through PT Trans Airways.

2. Five Binary Option Affiliates Called Investment Alert Task Force
The Investment Alert Task Force (SWI) summoned five affiliates and influencers who are suspected of having facilitated binary options products and illegal brokers who are not registered with CoFTRA.
The five people are Indra Kesuma, Doni Muhammad Taufik, Vincent Raditya, Erwin Laisuman and Kenneth William.
They are alleged to have facilitated binary options products and illegal brokers that are not registered with CoFTRA such as Binomo, Olymptrade, Quotex and Octa FX as well as conducting trading training activities without a permit.
“We ask that they stop trading promotion and training activities and delete all promotional content and trading training on their respective social media,” said Tongam L. Tobing, Head of the Investment Alert Task Force in an official statement, Thursday (17/2/2022).
3. Going to the AGMS, BCA Dismantles the Composition of the Board of Directors
PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA) will reshuffle the composition of the board of directors at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) which will be held on March 17, 2022. This is conveyed by the company through a disclosure of information submitted on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).

4.Telkom Targets Revenue to Grow 5-6% in 2022
State-owned telecommunications company PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (TLKM) targets revenue to grow 5-6 percent this year, and EBITDA margin in the range of 50 percent.
This was stated by Andi Setiawan, VP Investor Relations of Telkom Indonesia in the Economic Outlook on CNBC Indonesia’s Capital Market, Thursday (17/2/2022). “We hope that we can still grow positively this year. We hope that Telkom’s revenue will still grow in the range of 5-6%,” he said.
Andi continued, of course, what is more important is that his party hopes to maintain profitability.
“In this case, the most important parameter is the EBITDA margin, we want to keep it in the range of 50%, which feels like the operator Telkom with an EBITDA margin of 50% is one of the best if we benchmark globally,” he said.
