CSRD 2026: Which practices have proven successful?

The Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) is a new European Union directive that aims to strengthen companies’ reporting on their environmental, social and governance (ESG) impacts. It creates a unified framework to promote a more sustainable and transparent economy.

Large companies that are already required to provide non-financial reporting will have to comply with the CSRD requirements from 2025. The directive will gradually be extended to more companies in the EU, including those that have not previously been affected. From 2026, the regulations will apply to companies with more than 250 employees, an annual turnover of over 50 million euros or a balance sheet total of more than 25 million euros. Listed small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) will follow in 2027, and by 2029 international companies with a subsidiary in the EU and a turnover of more than 150 million euros will also be required to report.

These timelines require companies to plan compliance well in advance. At the same time, there is an opportunity to transform your own business processes. We cordially invite you to our webinar to learn how you can adapt your processes, strengthen your resilience and adapt your business models to ESG challenges.
