    For one of our clients, we are looking for a Large Group: a CSP Legal & Social Affairs Manager (M / F), within the framework of a CDI.

    Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, your missions are:

    • To ensure the activity and management of this service;
    • To have a role of advice, support and cohesion of labor relations within the Group (support HRDs in collective bargaining and animation of meetings with elected officials, etc.);
    • To also intervene on the themes of risk prevention and occupational health (DUER, SSCT Commission, etc.);
    • Actively participate in all of the Group’s cross-functional projects requiring legal expertise and, above all, be the Group’s referent for the management of sensitive situations with high stakes and social impact;
    • Team management (2/3 people).

    Higher Legal Education in Labor Law, you have a minimum of 10 years of experience on a position in Labor Law with a focus in Labor Relations, and at least 2 years as Head of a Social Legal Department. This position requires a good command of the English language.

    You have a sense of service, strong analytical, listening and communication skills. You are recognized for your strength of proposal and persuasion. In addition, you have interpersonal skills, you are rigorous, pragmatic, courageous and astute.
