CS /CS SS separators | Omega Air – air treatment manufacturer

CS condensate separators are designed for efficient removal of bulk liquids and large impurities from compressed air systems. The insert inside the housing creates a controlled rotation of the airflow. Centrifugal force forces liquids (water, oil) and large particles toward the inner wall of the housing. They then collect at the bottom of the separator housing as condensate. The turbulent free zone in the lower part of the cyclonic housing prevents the collection of condensates and their “carryover” into the downstream system. To drain the condensate from the CS cyclone separator, it is essential to install an automatic or electronic condensate drain. CS separators are also available in CS-SS stainless steel.
