On a large square plane there is a 27-meter atrium, which consists of several levels. The first two levels contain the lobby and retail atrium, and at the very top there is office space with elevators at each of the four corners of the atrium that provide separate access.
The office space around the atrium is intended for use by one company or several companies. To prevent the atrium, located in the center of the building, from feeling claustrophobic due to the lack of natural light, the designers created a “crack” in the external wall through which direct light enters the atrium. The atrium is a minimalistic white space, allowing reflected light to penetrate as far into the atrium as possible.
On all sides of the building, mullions were designed to be virtually invisible. The total area is 3000 square meters and the height is 126 meters, resulting in a volume of 380,000 cubic meters. meters.
