Edoardo Farina, CEO of Alpha Lions Academy and a well-known figure in the XRP community, recently shared his investment strategy regarding XRP. Despite the recent price increase, Farina stated that he will not sell any XRP tokens.
Unlike many investors who plan to profit from short-term gains by selling their tokens, Farina plans to hold on to his XRP holdings for the long term. He describes his XRP holdings as his “long-term investment” and “retirement plan,” indicating his deep-seated belief in the coin’s growth potential.
He explains that he doesn’t want to risk selling his XRP tokens now, only to find out later that the XRP price has risen above $100 and maybe even $1,000.
Ripple’s Global Partnerships and XRP Adoption
Farina revealed that he has been buying XRP steadily for the past five years and remains determined not to be affected by market volatility or temporary corrections. “No market correction will shake me,” he said.
The growing adoption of XRP, especially in Japan, reinforces his belief. He emphasizes that “everything starts in Japan” and predicts that by 2025 every major bank in the country will be using XRP.
Ripple has a partnership with SBI Holdings, a major financial services company in Japan, and the company is expanding its reach with other major partnerships. Farina believes that selling your XRP tokens now is not wise, as the true value of XRP has not yet been fully realized.
An XRP price of 100 dollars?
Farina sees investing in XRP as a marathon, not a sprint. He’s willing to wait for the coin to reach its full potential, even if it means forgoing short-term gains.
Farina even believes that XRP will reach a price of $100 or even $1,000 per coin. He says: “I’m not going to risk selling my XRP and seeing it go above $100 or even $1,000.”
Other experts share similar beliefs about XRP’s potential, and its increasing role in global finance could help it reach $1,000 sooner than many expect.
