Libreville, Friday August 25, 2023 (Infos Gabon) – A major mobilization for a peaceful election was held on August 25 at the initiative of Grace Manuella Engouang, spokesperson for candidate Ali Bongo Ondimba.
A peaceful march was held this Friday through the arteries and several districts of the Gabonese capital to say: “No to violence, united for the fatherland”. This mobilization initiated by Grace Manuella Engouang as a prelude to the general elections scheduled for this Saturday, August 26, 2023, saw the participation of the various collectives and associations of young people in Libreville.
“There is no question that we break this time, so we say no to violence in our wonderful country”, proclaimed the spokesperson for candidate Ali Bongo Ondimba. “This time, it will not be in the street, but it will be in the ballot box that we must choose the best candidate, the one who is there for our stability”, she hammered.
Indeed, Grace Manuella Engouang and her collective invite the Gabonese to definitively turn the dark page of 2016 marked by unfortunate incidents. “We are tired of violence that brings us nothing,” she said. “Candidate Ali Bongo Ondimba is a solidarity pact, a territorial cohesion pact (therefore for unity and peace in Gabon),” she said. While inviting voters to go to the polls, she recommended them a massive and flawless vote in favor of her champion, Ali Bongo Ondimba.
