Crude Oil Futures Rise in Asian Session on New York Mercantile Exchange

According to the New York Mercantile Exchange, trading in December was at USD82.76 per barrel at the time of writing, rising by 0.36%.

The session was previously traded at USD82.78 per barrel. It may find support points at USD80.22 and resistance at USD85.30.

Dollar Index contracts, which measure the US currency’s performance against a basket of six other major currencies, fell 0.02% to trade at USD105.95.

At the same time on Nymex, the price for January rose by 0.26% to trade at USD87.08 per barrel, while the spread between contracts stood at USD4.32 per barrel.
