Investing.com – rose during the Asian session on Friday.
According to the New York Mercantile Exchange, April was trading at USD75.88 per barrel at time of writing, up by 0.65%.
It was previously trading at a session high of USD76.09 per barrel. It may find support at USD73.80 and resistance at USD77.74.
Dollar Index Contracts, which measures the performance of the US currency against a basket of six other major currencies, rose 0.01% to trade at USD104.54.
Meanwhile on Nymex, the price for April rose by 0.22% to trade at USD82.71 per barrel, while the spread between contracts stood at USD6.83 per barrel.
