Nearly 400 participants took part this Saturday afternoon in the three events of the Trail des Landes du Loup in Cournon. And among the competitors some unusual athletes had slipped in. The members of the Riff Raff association, shrinking from no effort to promote their Rock en Chêne concert which is to take place on Saturday July 9, were at the start of the last event, that of the 8 km. They had for the occasion put on T-shirts bearing the image of the festival, distributing the flyers of their event.
This will be the first edition of this concert in its “normal” version, the health crisis having upset the first two. Last year a lighter version, without an evening concert, was however organised.
This time, everything is ready for a real concert from 6 p.m.
As for the participants in the various trail events, they appreciated the atmosphere, the weather conditions and the fairly technical course that lives up to its reputation, which attracts athletes from all over France.
