“By practicing the Qur’an, zikrullah, and prayers that are carried out continuously in the prayer room and broadcast on radio and television while pursuing blessings from Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala, Brunei Darussalam has been protected and kept away from the spread of the corona virus. This is because we as Muslims fully believe that only Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala can cure disease,” he continued.
He also said that every human being has a responsibility to develop a life centered around family, community, and nation through belief, which needs to be carried out in leading this life and the hereafter.
“Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala has entrusted the task to humans to protect the world by creating and expanding populations according to their respective roles as guardians, and in maintaining human civilization,” said al-Muhtadee Billah.
