According to Se og Hør, Crown Princess Mette-Marit (48) and Crown Prince Haakon (48) have been invited to the wedding.

They are both good friends of the couple, and Mette-Marit was too cordially present in Vanessa’s bachelorette party Friday, May 20th.
However, the Crown Princess kept a low profile on social media – unlike some of the bride-to-be’s other girlfriends.

But Mette-Marit was to look at one of the party participants’ Instagram stories when Vanessa was surprised with a song and solo show from the artist friend Espen Lind (51) at the Theatercafé in Oslo.
See and Hear has been in contact with the Palace’s communications manager, Guri Varpe, who states that they do not comment on the royal family’s private program.
Surprised in bachelorette party
Festive in Stockholm
After a big uproar on Friday, Vanessa’s close friends, Synnøve Skarbø (51) and Pia Tjelta (44), took the ready-to-marry Stavanger woman to Stockholm the next day – for a calmer end to the bachelor party.
Mette-Marit was not there, but there is no doubt that the Crown Princess is a good friend to several in Vanessa’s circle of friends.

When Synnøve participated in “Skal vi danse” in 2020, Mette-Marit and Vanessa sat together in the hall – and the Crown Princess did not hide on Instagram that she clapped extra for the fireworks from Stranda.

Fan of Tjelta
Mette-Marit is also a big fan of Pia Tjelta and not least her creations, and you can safely call the actress and clothing artist from Stavanger the crown princess’ favorite designer.
She has appeared in Pia Tjelta design a number of times, most recently during the royal family’s magnificent dinner for Norwegian athletes at the Palace on 12 May. Then Mette-Marit shone in Tjelta’s «Ivy dress», in the color nude with a bird pattern.

No one will probably be surprised if the Crown Princess once again shines in her friend’s design when she allegedly takes part in the wedding party in Paris this weekend.
Both Pia and Vanessa have in turn been guests in Mette-Marit’s annual birthday service which is held in the Castle Chapel in Oslo. Only those closest to you are invited.

The future groom, Jonas Forsang, on the other hand goes far back in relation to Crown Prince Haakon.

Afterwards, rappers and hip hop artists circled around the heir to the throne – among them Jonas Forsang – at the time known as the rapper Apollo. Together with artist colleagues, he wrote a letter of apology to Crown Prince Haakon.

– The artists felt depressed and uncomfortable on behalf of the Crown Prince. In the media, it looked like the whole hip hop community was inciting “Krompen”. That is completely wrong. Haakon is amazing. Totally awesome. I have even observed him present at several hip hop jams while most of us were totally unknown, he continued.
