RADARSOLO.ID – Lately, iPhone 14 Pro Series users have been complaining about the appearance of a yellow line on their cellphone screen. With smartphone prices of tens of millions of rupiah, users are also worried about this problem.
Starting from findings by just one or two users, now more and more iPhone 14 Pro users are reporting strange screen issues when booting or unlocking their device. Green and yellow horizontal lines appear on the screen, which then disappear during the startup process.
In this regard, Apple finally acknowledged the problem and promised to release a software update to fix it soon. According to MacRumors via GSMArena, the fix is expected to be released soon as part of an upcoming minor patch or with iOS 16.3, which is currently being tested by Apple and members of the public beta program.
Last month, MacRumors reported a growing number of iPhone 14 Pro customers seeing horizontal green and yellow flashing lines on their iPhone screen when the device was turned on.
Exact details about this, whether the problem is hardware or software, are not yet known.
“iPhone 14 Pro customers may report that when they turn on or unlock their phone, they briefly see a horizontal line flashing across the screen,” said the memo seen by MacRumors.
“Apple is aware of this matter. A software update is coming soon which will resolve the issue,” the memo added.
As discussed above, iOS 16.3 is currently undergoing testing with developers and members of the public beta program. Therefore, the update is unlikely to roll out in the next few weeks.
But the closest, Apple released iOS 16.2.1. The update follows last month’s release of iOS 16.2 which also addressed this issue and other bugs experienced by users. (jpg/ria)
