When a designer cooperates with a traditional craftsman, it may be that the craftsman’s original technique was used for the previous life style. Now that young people don’t use it, the craftsman’s technique will gradually become protected. We call it intangible cultural heritage, but it has no way to appear in life, so we hope that through the designer’s ingenuity, this thing can be turned into a product that young people can use, or a gift that young people can give. Then these traditional techniques can reappear in the market and life.
[Explanation]It is understood that this ICIF will last until August 7, focusing on exploring new paths for cross-strait integrated development, serving the construction of demonstration areas for cross-strait integrated development, comprehensively displaying the development trend of cultural industries and the achievements of cross-strait cultural exchanges, and promoting cross-strait cultural exchanges. Tourism economic exchanges, cooperation and integration development will expand to a wider field and deeper level.
